Vintage 1930s Chrome Art Deco Ruth Gerth (1897-1952) Chase & Co Bud Vase.

Ruth Gerth was born in Illinois and studied at the Chicago Art Institute. She became a prominent designer in the 1920s along with her architect husband, William Gerth. Her work won many awards and was featured in many publications. She spent a lot of her time designing for Connecticut Company, Chase Brass and Copper Co (founded 1876).
