This antique shell shaped dish is quite lovely! Japanese porcelain is art and this piece from the Imari period is a masterpiece. Around the scalloped edges of the dish is an alternating pattern of blue and red segments. The center of the tray pictures a hand-painted scene of a floral arrangement sitting on a table. With the unique design, elongated shape, and raised base, this antique piece of pottery is a true treasure!
