Keep the time in timeless style with this Vintage Atmos Clock! First crafted by Jean-Léon Reutter in 1928, the Atmos clock is unique in its perpetual motion powered by the expansion and contraction of gas through air pressure and temperature changes. Because it was technically powered by atmospheric changes, the clock became known as "Atmos". Soon after the first successful Atmos clock launched, the patent was acquired by the Swiss watch-making company, Jaeger‑LeCoultre. Jaeger‑LeCoultre still produces a variety of Atmos clocks which have remained popular to this day. We love items with a good story!
