Allen Doggett was an American artist who was active in New York and Massachusetts. His work includes figures, genre scenes, and landscapes. This watercolor depicts figures in an interior setting, possibly a public house as there are tables, drinks on a tray, bottles, and camaraderie, rendered in a muted palette. No visible date. Frame sticker on back.
