The Cincinnati, Ohio Company, B. David was founded in 1942 and disbanded in 1993. Primarily a smaller, local jeweler, it gained success selling parent/mother brooches like this. Each brooch was customizable where the color would represent birthdays of babies or family or the colors would represent a letter and spell something. Often, these pieces would be made with rhodium plated crystals or Austrian crystals. The company made gold and silver jewelry, but this was a part of their costume offerings.
Rhinestone colors appear to be Emerald (May), Pink Tourmaline (October), Amethyst (February), Sapphire (September), Aquamarine (March), and blue Topaz (December).

Expected wear for age; minor scuffing/debris visible on rhinestones and metal. All rhinestones are present with no darkening. Inspect images and video.
