Kramer Jewelry Creations was founded in 1943 by Larry Kramer. His brothers, Harry and Morris joined soon after to assist with business operations. The company designed many pieces of rhinestone jewelry often with rhodium plated metal through the 1960s. They closed their doors in the 1980s. These earrings are likely pre-1955.
